"I first heard about Two Tulips Boutique from my daughter, who lives in the area. She loves the atmosphere of the boutique along with the many beautiful gifts and stationery. So when looking for a Valentine's Day gift for her, I knew right where to go! And Two Tulips Boutique did not disappoint. First, their website is very easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. Within minutes, I found the gift. Moreover, the checkout process was super easy, and shipping was only $5. But... what makes Two Tulips Boutique even more amazing is their outstanding customer service. After I had placed my online purchase, I contacted the store via their Live Chat box to ask if they saw the special note I wanted included with the gift and also to ask if the gift could be shipped so that it would arrive close to Valentine's Day. Within minutes, the store owner's husband, David, told me that the gift would be HAND DELIVERED to my daughter's home ON Valentine's Day. He also sent me a photo of the gift already gift-wrapped with the note included. Fast forward to Valentine's Day... David went to my daughter's apartment building to drop off the gift; however, there was no one in the front office; so he was unable to deliver the gift. Instead of giving up, he contacted me, and we were able to make arrangements for him to deliver the gift to my daughter's work. I am not lying when I say I have tears in my eyes as I write this review. It meant a lot to my husband and me for our daughter to receive her Valentine's Day gift since we could not be with her, and the store owners of Two Tulips Boutique made this happen, even though it took a lot of time out of their day. When you go to their website, you will read these words on their "About" page. "Carla and David love to meet new people and pleasing every customer is the true goal." This sums it up perfectly. I can attest to the fact that this is a true statement. Oh, and the icing on the cake.... our daughter, upon opening her gift, immediately texted us and said, "I got a very happy present at work! Ahhhhhh I'm so excited! Thank you guys!" Next text... "Sorry for the bad picture [of the gift] I was just so excited" It doesn't get any better than this. Please give your business to Two Tulips Boutique. People who go to this much effort to please their customers should be supported."
